The Global Keywords Manager package is protected by Copyright Laws and international Treaties concerning Copyright as well as by other laws and treaties concerning the intellectual property.

The Copyright Law, as well as other laws of the intellectual property rights, protects the rights of the owners of the software, in their granting some exclusive rights including the rights to translate and copy the software. The reproduction/copy of the software without the permission of the owner represents an “infringement of the copyright” and the law imposes in this case penalties and punishments.

The software is considered reproduced when:

* It is loaded in the memory of the computer from a disk drive, hard disk, CD-Rom or DVD-ROM or other data-processing medias or networks;

* It is copied from another support, such as a diskette or a hard disk;

* It is loaded on the computer from a network server where the software is stored.

About any commercial software is directly or indirectly authorized by the holder of copyright - the producer of the software - for final use, by the intermediary of a license agreement. Microsoft, Windows, Word, Excel, Virtual PC are trade marks of Microsoft Corporation. MAC OS, APPLE are trade marks of Apple. All other trade marks are the property of their respective owners.

License and warranty

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE. BY CLICKING “YES” OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU INDICATE TO HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This licensing agreement is a legal agreement between you (individual entity or end-user) and GLOBAL NET CONCEPT for the use of the product of GLOBAL NET CONCEPT - ERIC CARDONNEL identified above, that includes the software and can include the printed media elements, materials and on line documentation or electronics (" Global Keywords Manager "), the whole being protected by the French law and the international laws and treaties.

By installing, copying or using in any other manner the Global Keywords Manager software, you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not approve the terms of this agreement, do not install and do not use Global Keywords Manager.

Global Keywords Manager is protected by Copyright Law and the international treaties concerning the copyright as well as by other laws and treaties concerning the intellectual property. Global Keywords Manager is licensed and not sold.

Rights of license of this software remaining the property of GLOBAL NET CONCEPT, you are nevertheless granted certain rights of use once the licensing agreement is accepted. Your rights and obligations relating to the use of this software are the following:

SOFTWARE. You can install and use only one copy of Global keywords Manager or any former version on the same operating system, on only one working station.

NETWORK USE. You can store or install a copy of Global Keywords Manager on a storage device, like the employee, network server only to install or carry out on the other computers of an internal network, nevertheless you must buy and dedicate a separated license for each computer terminal on which Global Keywords Manager is installed or executed from the storage device. A license of Global Keywords Manager cannot be shared or used in a competing way on stations or multiple terminals computers. You must buy a license pack if you consider to use of it on various computers.

LICENCES Packs. If you buy license packs and you acquired this Licensing agreement for several licenses of Global Keywords Manager, you can run the number of copies of the software specified above as "licensed copies".

TERMS OF THE LICENCE. The license granted above will start at the time of installation, copy or use in any other manner of Global Keywords Manager for the first time and will continue only for the computer on which the software was firstly installed.

UPDATES. If Global Keywords Manager constitutes an update, you must be correctly identified by Global Net CONCEPT to be eligible for the update, in order to use Global Keywords Manager. A Global Keywords Manager product that constitutes an update replaces the product that formed base for its eligibility for the update. You can use the product resulting only in agreement with the terms from this Licensing agreement. If Global Keywords Manager is an update of a component of a software package bought as only one product, Global Keywords Manager can be used and transferred only as part of this software package and cannot be separated to use on more than one computer.

COPYRIGHT. All the royalties of Global Keywords Manager (including but not limiting themselves to all the images, photographs, logos, animations, video, audio, music, text and applets included in Global Keywords Manager), the materials printed which accompany it and the copies of Global Keywords Manager are the property of GLOBAL NET CONCEPT. Global Keywords Manager is protected by the laws concerning the copyright and the international treaties. This is why you must treat Global Keywords Manager as any other material protected by the copyright except owing to the fact that you can install Global Keywords Manager on only one computer, considering you keep the original only for file. You cannot copy the printed materials on or off line which accompany Global Keywords Manager. You must produce and include all the notes in their original forms for all respective copies of the media or the form in which Global Keywords Manager exists. You cannot yield the license, to rent in some forms that is whole or part of the software Global Keywords Manager. You cannot decompile, to disassemble, modify, translate or try to discover the source code of this software or to create tools derived from Global Keywords Manager.

GUARANTEE. GLOBAL NET CONCEPT guarantees that the support on which the software is distributed is free from defects of materials and manufacture for A thirty (30) days PERIOD as from the delivery date of the software. Your only recourse in the event of failure to this guarantee will be the replacement by GLOBAL NET CONCEPT of the failing support during the thirty (30) days period as from the delivery date of the software. GLOBAL NET CONCEPT does not guarantee that the software will meet your needs nor which it will function without interruption or error.

GLOBAL NET CONCEPT REFUSES ANY OTHER GUARANTEE FOR GLOBAL KEYWORDS MANAGER, EXPRESSE OR IMPLICIT. THE GUARANTEE ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER GUARANTEES, BEING IMPLICIT OR EXPLICIT, INCLUDING THE IMPLICIT GUARANTEES OF MARKETING AND PARTICULAR APPLICATION.

REFUSAL OF THE DAMAGE. Any person who uses, tests or evaluates Global Keywords Manager admits the risks concerning the quality and the performance of Global Keywords Manager. In no case GLOBAL NET CONCEPT can be held responsible for all particular or indirect damage, unspecified complaints and losses rising from the use or the incapacity to use the software even if GLOBAL NET CONCEPT was advised possibility of such damage.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. This agreement is governed by the laws of France and the rules and international treaties concerning the copyright. This agreement can be modified by an appendix of license which accompanies this agreement or by a written document which was signed by you and by GLOBAL NET CONCEPT. The prices, costs and expenses for the use of Global Keywords Manager can change without warning. In the possibility of a disability of any payment of this Agreement, this disability will not affect the validity of the remainder of this Agreement. Global Keywords Manager and the logo of Global Keywords Manager are trade marks of GLOBAL NET CONCEPT. All the other trade marks belong to their respective owners.
