Function “Replace/Add...”
 
If you wish to replace a word in hundreds of expressions in your list, you can do it in one second!

 

Better still, you can scan for a word and replace it in all the expressions where it is present while keeping the original expressions! 

 

For example, if your list contains tens of expressions with « house »:  house for sale, house to be restored, house to be rented, etc.  Replace instantaneously « house » by « apartment ». Or add expressions containing « apartment » in addition to those containing « house »! 

 

To use the “Add/Replace...” function
   

In the “Search” field, type the character string you want to replace.

 

In the field “Replace by”, type the word that will replace the
character string.  Click on “Replace” to make a replacement
without adding new expressions.  Or click on “Add” to add new
expressions to those existing.  Click on “Close” to cancel the operation.

 

Filtering Options
 
The filtering options are accessible from the "Generator"
and "Campaigns" panels.

 

They enable you to make extremely fine research in your list of extracted keywords.  The filtering options appear in the shape of a menu scrolling down the "Filter" button. Enter a word or an expression in the field text (on the left of the "filter").

 

Select one of the filtering options:

 

- CONTAINS ALL these words (it does not matter in which order).
- ONE of these words CONTAINS.
- this expression CONTAINS EXACTLY.
- this expression DOES NOT CONTAIN
- STARTS WITH this expression
- expression ends by this expression
- IS EQUAL to this expression
- IS DIFFERENT from this expression
- CONTAINS this character string

In the "Generator" panel click on the "filter" button
in order to select the keywords corresponding to your research.

Selection and Suppression of Keywords

You can select keywords in the list of extracted keywords by selecting each word.  You can also invert the displayed order of the list by clicking on "Extracted Keyword".

You have 3 additional options of keyword selection

in the list of extracted keywords:

   

Menu Extracted keywords > Select  >

 

- All
- None
- Invert
 
When you selected keywords you can remove them:
